He puts his life/school/leisure before communications with customers. He grossly underestimated delivery time from the start. He responds to posts like he's doing the customer a favor. He found a cheap source for the covers somewhere in china and is reselling them. He has very little actual knowledge of leather or the design of z32 seats.I don't think he's out to screw anyone, but I don't think he's going to win any customer service awards. Time will tell if the seat kits he sells will hold up. If you want to do business with him, you'll need to have lots of patience. And by patience I mean, "you send him your money and in 6 months you get your stuff" patience, not the regular 1-3 week patience. It appears a lot of folks have received the kits and are pleased. If they hold up and fit well, they are a good deal at the group buy pricing. Good luck. /seedy rant mode off
